At DIMP Investments we have the expertise to source high yield investment property to meet your objectives. As we develop a brief, we will take your interests into account. We can source property for capital growth or income, a one-off investment, to grow a property portfolio or for stock picking.

So in addition to our insight, we also have a broad range of contacts on hand, ready to give you initial advice on everything from the cost of lease extensions, freeholder consents and planning permissions to essential repairs, so you can move from a viewing to making an offer, confidently and quickly. We are driven to identify and source the right investment, within the right sector and with the lowest risk profile. By assessing the strengths and weaknesses of each property, and investigating local market conditions, we can provide you with professional recommendations and sound advice.

The Process :

Determine client objectives – We offer a free consultation, either a face to face meeting or telephone call, to identify your financial objectives, resources and timescales. Our full property search service is extensive and we will keep you well-informed every step of the journey. Initially, we offer a no obligation meeting to discuss how the service works and to gain a clear insight into your requirements.
Create investment strategy – Based on specific requirements, we create a proposal that will meet property investment objectives. This may be a single strategy or it could be a mix of different property purchases through our different offices. Once appointed, we will take a detailed brief and begin a proactive search for properties which are being openly, as well as discreetly marketed via estate agents and other sources.

Source property – We spend a lot of time on the ground carefully selecting appropriate properties for our clients. When we have found a property we think will meet the client brief, we send a property report which outlines the opportunities, our opinion and costs. The report also includes photographs. After initial research we will present you with a range of the best properties. Once previewed by us, we will accompany you to the most suitable, advising on the negatives as well as the positives. If required we can arrange area orientations
Negotiate deals & manage the process – We will negotiate the price ensuring we get the best price for our client. Once satisfied, we will use highly skilled negotiation techniques to secure you the best possible price on your chosen property. During the often complex purchase progression, we will ensure that all elements proceed as quickly as possible to completion.
We will then manage the whole purchase process liaising with agents/vendors/solicitors/tradesmen to make sure the purchase goes as smoothly as possible.
