We estimate the value of your property from national statistics & area pricings. I.e. If your neighbour sold for say 150k then this would be the rough value of your house.


No. There are no fees for valuations and we pay for your legal fees on the sale of your property.

No. You will need to sign an agreement with us and complete the normal legal documentation associated with any property sale. We will liaise with the solicitor and your existing mortgage or loan company, and take care of all the formalities on your behalf.

Property law is such that until exchange of contracts takes place with the legal representatives the transaction is not legally binding. Prior to a legal exchange of contracts we can rescind the agreement at any time if we have any knowledge or we are advised that the property is not as initially described and/or anything comes to light that may have affected its value. Alternatively, the purchase price may be renegotiated by mutual consent. In the event we rescind the agreement then all legal aborted costs, disbursements and survey fees in the transaction will be met by us.
